Project Overview
This project involves the full refurbishment and conversion of an existing ASU (Additional Support Unit) into functional office space. Works include full strip-out, structural alterations, mechanical and electrical upgrades, and high-quality internal finishes to create a modern working environment.
Phase 1 - Completed
Phase 1 - Involving a full site setup, strip-out, and structural alterations to reconfigure the space to one of the wings of the main building. This included removal of walls, installation of structural steels, and completion of all mechanical and electrical first and second fix works. The phase concluded with plastering, decoration, flooring preparation, and final finishes, alongside installation of data systems and specialist equipment. All areas were cleaned, snagged, and prepared for use.
Phase 2 - In Progress
Phase 2 focuses on further strip-out and reconfiguration works, particularly within bathroom and ancillary areas. This includes removal of existing services, adjustments to layouts, installation of padstones for structural changes, and preparation for new windows and finishes. Mechanical, plumbing, and floor preparation works are currently underway in line with the programme.
