This project involved a landlord delap refurbishment works to prepare an industrial unit for occupation on behalf of Kentstone Properties Ltd. The works focused on creating essential welfare facilities and upgrading services to deliver a compliant, ready-to-use space.

The scope included construction of a new Doc M compliant disabled toilet, complete with drainage connections, ventilation, tiling, and safety flooring. A kitchenette was installed with modern units, worktops, and plumbing provisions. Electrical works comprised a new distribution board, lighting, small power, emergency lighting, and a full fire alarm system.

Additional works included internal partitioning, ceilings, and full decoration, along with below-ground drainage installations.

The project was delivered efficiently and in line with Building Regulations, resulting in a clean, functional unit with high-quality finishes, ready for immediate tenant occupation.
