Although we pride ourselves on the innovative manner in which we go about our day-to-day business, we remain at our core a traditional building company.

Employing high proportions of directly employed trades personnel, trained in a wide variety of traditional and modern construction techniques we look to treat our workforce as family giving your project the personal touch.

Our maintenance team pride themselves in delivering the highest level of customer care, working with our clients and end users, to ensure any disruption is kept to an absolute minimum.

Charteroak (South West) Limited was formed in 2016 to provide a complete design, manage, build and maintenance solution across the South West.
Originally based in Newton Abbot for 3 years, then the growth of the company allowed a commercial property to be purchased and completely renovated to give us a new permanent base, as well as office space for other companies to benefit from being based in Kingskerswell.
The Charteroak (South West) Limited vision is to become the most successful and well-respected construction company in our region and chosen market sectors through prompt and faultless delivery.
